Schwenkbraten recipe that has been a "delish hit an alle familien & freunde"...
Total Approx. Time:
Prep: 15 min. + Marinating 8 hrs min. + Grill: 15 min.
(Makes 5 servings)
INGREDIENTS:
7 tablespoons Dijon mustard
7 tablespoons brown sugar
5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
5 tablespoons apple juice
5 bone-in pork loin chops (10 ounces each)
DIRECTIONS:
1) Marinade - mix first four ingredients.
2) Place chops & 2/3 cup marinade in large resealable plastic bag, turn to coat.
(Reserve remaining 1/3 marinade for later basting).
3) Refrigerate with pork min. 8 hours or overnight.
4) Place chops on a lightly oiled grill rack over medium heat; discard remaining marinade in bag. 5) Grill chops until internal temp. reads 145°, approx. 5-7 minutes per side, basting chops with
reserved marinade during the last 5 minutes.
7) Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
