Selbstgemachtes Eis

by Gerhild Verch
(Essen, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Germany)

Schokoladeneis

Ice Cream Cake
by: Gerhild

I can only say "WOW"! After I translated it as you'll find at Homemade Ice Cream Cake, I arranged to make this for our family gathering.

It made lots and lots was eaten. SO delicious!

I had never thought of making ice cream before, simply because I thought one needed an ice cream maker.

Using just these delicious, natural ingredients, made a creamy and delectable treat. Granted, it melts easily without all the preservatives and chemicals in it. But that inconvenience is certainly made up for in the taste.

I was thankful I was able to put a few slices back into the freezer and keep for another deserving day.

Thanks, Gerhild Verch, for sharing this with us.

Viel Spass......
