I always put a pinch (1/8-1/4 tsp) of baking powder in my scrambled eggs.
I use a hand mixer to whip the eggs and baking powder together.
I pour them into a preheated pan (cast iron) and then I pour a splash of milk into the pan.
The eggs always turn out fluffy with large bites.
